A Dallas kitchen idea starts turning into something real.
Our Story
Back in 2015, Allison Ellsworth was ready to break up with soda. She started mixing fruit juice, prebiotics, and sparkling water in her Dallas kitchen, then took the idea to a farmers' market and kept going from there.
A Shark Tank call, a bold rebrand, a new name, and a lot of momentum later, poppi is now everywhere from major retailers to cultural moments big enough to feel like part of the brand itself.
Once upon a time in Texas, Allison Ellsworth wanted the taste of soda without the way soda made her feel. That simple question became a real product, then a real brand, then a real cultural shorthand for soda with a reset.
From a farmers' market pour to a national shelf presence, poppi kept its energy playful and its point of view clear: soda can feel fun again. The journey picked up speed through Shark Tank, a rebrand, a broader flavor lineup, and a growing fan base that kept showing up.
This page keeps the story moving in a cleaner, more readable rhythm so the brand history feels intentional instead of buried inside a wall of text.
